Everything Will Be OK In The End. If It's Not OK, It's Not The End
"Everything will be ok in the end. If it's not ok, it's not the end." (John Lennon). Jesus Christ suffered the pains of every living creature so that everything will be ok in the end. Thanks to His infinite sacrifice, virtually all of God's children will live forever in glory. The meanest house in the lowest degree of heaven is more wonderful than anything we can imagine in this mortal life. Beyond promises of a heavenly afterlife, Christ's Atonement makes it possible for everything to be ok during our mortal journey - not all the time, but more often than we could hope. God placed us on this Earth so that we might have joy. For every terrifying journey through the valley of the shadow of death, the Lord will eventually lead us to green pastures. If it's not ok yet then it's not the end. If we can just hold on a little longer we will see the power of God in great glory. But whether relief from the challenges comes soon or late or even not at all during our mortal journey, in the end Christ will wipe away all tears and crown us with His glory and finally everything will be ok.
