On The Lord’s Scale

In Physics, there are basically three different branches: Newtonian or classical mechanics, quantum mechanics, and relativistic mechanics. Newtonian mechanics describes how things move and interact on a human scale, quantum mechanics describe things on the atomic scale, and relativistic mechanics describe things on the massive scale of stars and galaxies and black holes. Each of these three different branches have laws and principles that contradict each other. Trying to use Newtonian calculations on the quantum scale simply doesn't work because electrons and quarks don't move through space the same way that billiard balls or airplanes do. Nor would it make sense to try and apply the principles of special and general relativity to ordinary, everyday objects. The reason I'm bringing this up is because the Lord has said that His thoughts and His ways are not our thoughts and ways. Many times the Lord asks us to do something that makes no sense to us. But He sees things on a different scale than we do. He can comprehend the motion of galaxies, the trajectory of photons traveling at the speed of light, and at the same time He can observe electrons fuzzing in and out of probability clouds and matter and antimatter creating and annihilating one another on the subatomic level. He is operating with a completely different set of rules than we even have the capacity to understand, but He speaks to us in our own language, according to our own understanding. If we trust Him, He will lead and guide us according to laws and principles that we cannot fully comprehend with our mortal minds, but that will be for the most good and give us the best experience we need to succeed and thrive and return to His presence.
